제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 지브릭스(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 CastScore 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다.

제2조 (서비스 내용)

CastScore는 교회 찬양팀을 위한 악보 캐스팅 서비스로, 다음 기능을 제공합니다:

  1. 악보 업로드 및 관리 (PDF, 이미지)
  2. AI 가사 및 코드 자동 추출
  3. 실시간 악보 캐스팅 (프로젝터/TV 송출)
  4. 팀 동기화 (리더가 넘기면 팀원 실시간 동기화)
  5. 역할별 악보 크롭 (보컬, 피아노, 기타 등)
  6. 세트리스트 관리
  7. 핸즈프리 페이지 넘김 (고개 기울기 감지, iOS 한정)

제3조 (회원 가입 및 탈퇴)

  1. 이용자는 이메일, Google 계정, 또는 Apple 계정으로 가입할 수 있습니다.
  2. 회원 탈퇴는 앱 내 [설정] > [회원 탈퇴]를 통해 가능하며, 탈퇴 시 모든 개인정보와 사용자 콘텐츠가 삭제됩니다.
  3. 관련 법령에 따른 보관 의무가 있는 정보는 해당 기간 보관 후 삭제합니다.

제4조 (유료 서비스)

  1. CastScore는 무료 플랜과 프리미엄(유료) 플랜을 제공합니다.
  2. 프리미엄 구독은 다음 두 가지 플랜으로 제공됩니다:
    • 월간 구독: ₩9,900 / 월
    • 연간 구독: ₩79,000 / 년
    가격은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 갱신 전 충분한 사전 안내가 이루어집니다.
  3. 결제 방법: 결제는 반드시 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play Store를 통해서만 이루어지며, 결제 시 사용자의 Apple ID 또는 Google 계정으로 청구됩니다.
  4. 자동 갱신: 구독은 자동 갱신됩니다. 현재 구독 기간 만료 24시간 이전까지 자동 갱신을 해지하지 않으면, 동일한 가격으로 동일한 기간만큼 자동으로 갱신되며, 갱신 비용은 현재 기간 만료 24시간 이내에 결제됩니다.
  5. 구독 해지: 사용자는 언제든지 다음 위치에서 구독을 해지할 수 있으며, 해지 후에도 현재 결제된 기간이 종료될 때까지는 프리미엄 기능을 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
    • iOS: 설정 > [Apple ID] > 구독 > CastScore > 구독 취소
    • Android: Play Store 앱 > 프로필 > 결제 및 구독 > 구독 > CastScore > 구독 취소
  6. 환불은 각 스토어의 환불 정책에 따릅니다:
  7. 청약철회 (한국법): 디지털 콘텐츠 구독은 결제 후 7일 이내 청약철회가 가능합니다 (단, 사용자가 콘텐츠를 사용하기 전까지). 청약철회 신청은 결제한 스토어(App Store/Google Play)를 통해 이루어집니다.
  8. 미성년자 결제: 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우, 법정대리인은 각 스토어 환불 정책에 따라 취소를 요청할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (사용자 의무)

이용자는 다음 사항을 준수해야 합니다:

  1. 본인 계정 관리: 계정 정보를 안전하게 관리하며, 타인에게 양도하거나 공유하지 않습니다.
  2. 저작권 준수: 타인의 저작권을 침해하는 콘텐츠(악보, 이미지 등)를 업로드하지 않습니다.
  3. 부정 사용 금지: 서비스를 해킹, 역공학, 자동화 도구를 이용한 부정 접근 등 비정상적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
  4. 법령 준수: 관련 법령과 이 약관을 준수합니다.

제6조 (회사의 의무 및 면책)

  1. 회사는 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 노력하나, 서비스의 무중단 운영을 보장하지 않습니다.
  2. 천재지변, 서버 장애, 네트워크 문제 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
  3. 사용자가 업로드한 콘텐츠(PDF 악보 등)의 저작권 관련 책임은 해당 사용자에게 있습니다.
  4. AI 가사/메타데이터 추출 결과의 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다. AI 추출 결과는 자동 생성된 것이므로 오류가 있을 수 있으며, 사용자가 직접 검증해야 합니다.
  5. 이용자 간 분쟁에 대해 회사는 개입하지 않으며 책임지지 않습니다.
  6. 손해배상 한도: 회사의 손해배상 책임은 해당 사용자가 결제한 직전 1개월 구독료 또는 ₩50,000 중 큰 금액을 한도로 합니다 (단, 회사의 고의 또는 중과실은 제외).

제7조 (서비스 이용 제한)

다음의 경우 회사는 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 정지할 수 있습니다:

  1. 이 약관을 위반한 경우
  2. 저작권 침해 신고가 반복된 경우
  3. 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위를 한 경우
  4. 관련 법령을 위반한 경우

제8조 (지적 재산권)

  1. CastScore 앱, 디자인, 코드, 로고 등의 지적 재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.
  2. 사용자가 업로드한 콘텐츠의 저작권은 원저작자 또는 해당 사용자에게 있습니다.
  3. 회사는 서비스 제공 목적으로만 사용자 콘텐츠를 사용하며, 이외의 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

제9조 (약관 변경)

  1. 회사는 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 적용일 7일 전에 앱 내 공지합니다.
  2. 중요한 변경의 경우 30일 전에 고지하며, 사용자에게 재동의를 요청할 수 있습니다.
  3. 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 회원 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

제10조 (분쟁 해결)

  1. 이 약관에 관한 분쟁은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다.
  2. 분쟁이 발생한 경우 서울중앙지방법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.

제11조 (개인정보 보호)

개인정보 처리에 관한 사항은 별도의 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.

이 이용약관은 참고용 초안이며, 법적 효력을 위해 전문 법률 검토를 권장합니다.

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the CastScore service ("Service") provided by Gbrix ("Company"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

Article 2. Service Description

CastScore is a sheet music casting service for worship teams, offering:

  1. Sheet music upload and management (PDF, images)
  2. AI-powered lyrics and chord extraction
  3. Real-time score casting (projector/TV output)
  4. Team synchronization (leader-controlled page sync)
  5. Role-based score cropping (vocal, piano, guitar, etc.)
  6. Setlist management
  7. Hands-free page turning (head tilt detection, iOS only)

Article 3. Account Registration and Deletion

  1. Users may register with email, Google, or Apple accounts.
  2. Account deletion is available via [Settings] > [Delete Account]. All personal data and user content will be deleted upon account deletion.
  3. Data required by law will be retained for the legally mandated period before deletion.

Article 4. Paid Services

  1. CastScore offers Free and Premium (paid) plans.
  2. Premium subscriptions are available in two plans:
    • Monthly: ₩9,900 / month (approximately USD 7.50)
    • Annual: ₩79,000 / year (approximately USD 60.00)
    Prices are subject to change with appropriate advance notice before renewal.
  3. Payment method: Payments are processed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Charges will be applied to your Apple ID or Google account at the time of purchase.
  4. Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew. Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same period at the same price, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  5. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time at the following locations. After cancellation, Premium features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
    • iOS: Settings > [Your Apple ID] > Subscriptions > CastScore > Cancel Subscription
    • Android: Play Store app > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > CastScore > Cancel
  6. Refunds follow each store's policy:
  7. Withdrawal (Korean law): Digital content subscriptions may be withdrawn within 7 days of purchase (provided the user has not yet used the content). Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the store where payment was made (App Store/Google Play).
  8. Minors' purchases: If a minor makes a purchase without their legal guardian's consent, the guardian may request a cancellation through each store's refund policy.

Article 5. User Obligations

Users must:

  1. Manage their account securely and not share or transfer credentials.
  2. Respect copyright: Do not upload content (scores, images) that infringes on others' copyrights.
  3. No misuse: Do not hack, reverse-engineer, or use automated tools for unauthorized access.
  4. Comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

Article 6. Company Obligations and Disclaimers

  1. The Company strives to provide stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
  2. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, server failures, or network issues.
  3. Users are solely responsible for the copyright status of content they upload (PDF scores, etc.).
  4. AI-extracted lyrics and metadata are not guaranteed to be accurate. AI outputs are automatically generated and may contain errors. Users should verify results manually.
  5. The Company does not intervene in or assume responsibility for disputes between users.
  6. Liability cap: The Company's liability for damages shall be limited to the greater of the user's most recent one-month subscription fee or KRW 50,000 (approximately USD 37), excluding cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

Article 7. Service Restrictions

The Company may restrict access or suspend accounts when a user:

  1. Violates these Terms
  2. Receives repeated copyright infringement reports
  3. Interferes with service operations
  4. Violates applicable laws

Article 8. Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property of the CastScore app, design, code, and logo belongs to the Company.
  2. Copyright of user-uploaded content belongs to the original copyright holder or the uploading user.
  3. The Company uses user content solely for service provision and for no other purpose.

Article 9. Changes to Terms

  1. The Company may modify these Terms with 7 days' notice via in-app announcement.
  2. For significant changes, 30 days' notice is provided, and re-consent may be requested.
  3. Users who disagree with changes may delete their account.

Article 10. Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. The Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
